The New Glasgow Regional Police have located 59 year-old missing Rachael Robitaille who was reported missing today, safe and sound.

The New Glasgow Regional Police is seeking the public's assistance in locating 59 year-old Rachael Robitaille who was last seen at the East Side Family Restaurant, in New Glasgow, on Saturday, June 21st, at 6:30pm.
Ms. Robitaille is described as 5’7 inches tall and having brown hair and blue eyes, and weighing 110lbs.

New Glasgow Regional Police Major Crime Unit have arrested a 20 year old male from New Glasgow on Fobres Street New Glasgow on Friday July 20, 2018 at approximately 2:30 pm.
The robbery occurred on Fobres Street New Glasgow, where the victim reported that a male had a firearm and robbed him of his personal items. The suspect fled the area and police and K-9 immediately attended and searched the area.
Upon investigation a 20 year old male was arrested. The arrest was in relation to a robbery that took place on July 19, 2018 at approximately 10:00pm.
The 20 year old male was remanded and will be charged with the following:
Robbery with an offensive weapon.
Breech of Probation.
The 20 year old male will be appearing in Nova Scotia Provincial Court in Pictou N.S. on Monday July 23, 2018 at 10:00am.
