Human Resources
The Human Resources & Corporate Communications Department supports the Town of New Glasgow through people-focused programs and clear, effective communication. The department is responsible for internal and external communications, recruitment and retention, employee relations, and organizational development.
Human Resources oversees onboarding, performance management, workplace wellness, policy development, and legislative compliance, while Corporate Communications ensures consistent messaging to employees, Council, and the community. Together, the department works to build an engaged workforce, foster a positive workplace culture, and strengthen connections across the organization and community.
