2024 - 2025 Rates
Property Tax
The residential and resource tax rate is currently $1.84/$100 of assessed value.
The commercial and business occupancy tax rate is currently $4.45/$100 of assessed value
Water and Sewer
The sewer rate is currently $1.40 per cubic meter of water consumed.
The water rate is currently $1.46 per cubic meter of water consumed.
Solid Waste
A solid waste uniform charge of $168.00 per unit is applied for all single residential dwellings. Multi-unit dwellings of 4 or less are charged $168.00 per unit.
