2023 - 2024 Rates
Property Tax
The Residential and Resource tax rate is currently $1.84/$100 of assessed value.
The Commercial and Business Occupancy tax rate is currently $4.45/$100 of assessed value
Water and Sewer
The Sewer rate is currently $1.40 per cubic meter of water consumed.
The Water rate is currently $1.46 per cubic meter of water consumed.
Solid Waste
A solid waste uniform charge of $160.00 per unit is applied for all single residential dwellings. Multi-unit dwellings of 4 or less are charged $160.00 per unit.
