The Town of New Glasgow is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Volunteer Awards. This is your opportunity to recognize the incredible volunteers who call New Glasgow home and generously give their time across Pictou County and our community.

We are currently accepting nominations for the following awards:

• Provincial Volunteer of the Year
• Carlton Munroe Music & Events Memorial Award
• Cultural Heritage Award
• Scott W. Weeks Community Service Award
• Social Justice Award
• Youth Volunteer Leadership Award

If you know someone who is making a difference, take a few minutes to nominate them online using the link below, or stop by Town Hall to complete a nomination form in person.
