You’re invited - Stewart St. Heritage Site New Panel Unveiling

The unveiling of the new Stewart St. Heritage Site interpretative panel will take place on November 8, 2024, at 3 p.m., across the street from Central Cabs at 294 Stewart St., New Glasgow. This site is in honour of the veterans who lived in this area and fought in World War II. There are 41 names that represent most aspects of the Canadian Armed Forces during the 1939-1945 campaign. We ask the citizens of New Glasgow, Pictou County and beyond, to review this new panel graphic and the veterans' names to see if they are family members and descendants of these brave soldiers.
