Public Notice 1 - Case File 05-24n

Notice is hereby given that New Glasgow Town Council, at a Public Meeting held on October 15th, 2024, approved a development agreement amendment application by Housing Trust of Nova Scotia to include text & revised Schedule “B”: Site Plan and Schedule “C”: Typical Bldg Elevations/Design Drawings to enable an increase in the number of dwelling units (9 residential dwelling units to14 residential dwelling units).

To appeal in accordance with Section 247 of the Municipal Government Act, an aggrieved person, the applicant, an adjacent municipality, a village in which the affected property is situated, or the Director may within fourteen (14) days of the date of this advertisement, appeal to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board regarding this decision.

Notice is hereby given that the New Glasgow Town Council, at a Public Meeting held on October 15th, 2024, approved an application to rezone lands located on East River Road (PID: 00931071/Lot 51) from Residential Two-Unit (R2) Zone to Highway Commercial (C3) Zone.

To Appeal in accordance with Section 247 of the Municipal Government Act, an aggrieved person, the applicant, an adjacent municipality, a village in which the affected property is situated, or the Director may within fourteen (14) days of the date of this notice, appeal to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board regarding this decision.
